The series of activities during the field trip of students from Course 67, Faculty of Vietnamese Studies & Vietnamese Language, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi, from April 24-28, 2025, to China left many valuable experiences.

This was the statement made by a representative of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) at the launch ceremony of the "Vietnamese Language Appreciation Day" and the "Searching for Vietnamese Ambassadors Abroad 2025" competition, organized by the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs (NVNONN) under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the afternoon of March 29, 2025 in Hanoi.

After two weeks of experiencing learning activities, practical work, and exploring Vietnamese culture and landmarks with lecturers from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH), the participants of the 2024 training course on Vietnamese language teaching methods for Vietnamese teachers abroad have further cultivated their love for their mother tongue, thereby spreading the Vietnamese language to countries around the world.

The international scientific conference "Research and Teaching of Vietnamese Studies and the Vietnamese Language in a Cross-Cultural Context," jointly organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-HCM, on the morning of December 21, 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City, attracted the participation of many prestigious scientists from Vietnam and abroad.

The training course on teaching Vietnamese to Vietnamese teachers abroad is an annual activity organized by the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in collaboration with the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH), to promote the preservation of the Vietnamese language and culture worldwide.

On October 26, 2024, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) held a ceremony to present the Decision on Issuance and Assignment of Training Tasks for the Doctoral Program in Vietnamese Studies, specializing in Vietnamese Language and Vietnamese Studies, to the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies and Vietnamese Language (VSL). At the ceremony, the Faculty signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies (VNS), University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, in various fields.
