Dr. Le Thi Thanh Tam – Head of the Department of Vietnamese Studies and Vietnamese Language, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, delivered a speech at the launch ceremony of the “Vietnamese Language Appreciation Day” and the “Searching for Vietnamese Language Ambassadors Abroad 2025” competition.
According to Dr. Le Thi Thanh Tam, from the beginning of 2025, Asian countries and Australia will have the highest number of overseas Vietnamese participating in the online program, consistent with the reality that these countries have the largest number of Vietnamese expatriates.
