248 students received master's degrees

Today (September 26, 2008), the University of Social Sciences and Humanities awarded master's degrees to 248 graduate students in various fields of study at the school, including 170 students from the 2004-2007 course, 15 students defending their thesis early from the 2005-2008 course, and 63 students from previous courses.

The faculty with the most graduates is the Faculty of Literature with 53 students. There are 8 students from units that cooperate with the school in training: Institute of Sociology, Institute of Philosophy, Institute of Han Nom Studies.

Of the 248 students awarded degrees this time, 141 were excellent, 103 were good, and 04 were fair. There were 04 students who met the criteria to transfer to graduate school.

The school also awarded certificates and prizes to the five students with the best academic achievements.

In his closing speech for the 2004-2007 course, Associate Professor Dr. Lam Ba Nam - Vice Principal of the School - commented: The percentage of students achieving excellent academic results increased compared to last year, and the majority of graduation thesis defense scores were above 9. The Faculty of Journalism and Communication was also recognized as the faculty with the most students defending their thesis on time.
