Works submitted for the award must have significant scientific scope and practical value, and must have been published or officially registered at least one year before August 30, 2018. The award nomination dossier includes:
- Application form for award consideration (Form 01/GT.KHCN). Download the application form here.
- One original and thirteen copies of the scientific work submitted for the award consideration.
- The scientific and technological value statement of the project (Form 02/GT.KHCN) in Vietnamese.
- The authors' academic profiles.
- Confirmation of author list (for collective scientific works).
- Official letter from the Dean/Head of Department requesting the award.
- Letters of introduction from reputable scientists regarding the work submitted for the Award; confirmation and evaluation documents from competent authorities or units applying the results of the scientific work (for research and development in pilot production - testing, technology transfer).
- Relevant supporting documents.
Applications for the Award should be submitted to the Scientific Research Management Department before July 31, 2018, so that the University can organize a meeting of the Award Selection Council at the institutional level.
