The project participating in the Award must have high scientific stature and practical significance, and must have been announced or officially registered at least 01 year before August 30, 2018. The award proposal dossier includes:
- Application form for award consideration (form 01/GT.KHCN). Download the application form here
- 01 original and 13 copies of scientific work registered for award consideration.
- Explanation of the scientific and technological value of the project (form 02/GT.KHCN) in Vietnamese.
- Scientific background of the authors.
- Confirmation of author list (for collective scientific works).
- Official dispatch requesting award consideration from the Board of Directors of the Faculty/Department.
- Letter of introduction from prestigious scientists about the project registered for the Award; confirmation and evaluation documents from competent authorities or units applying the results of the scientific project (for the type of research, trial production, technology transfer).
- Relevant supporting documents.
Applications for the Award must be sent to the Department of Scientific Research Management before July 31, 2018 so that the School can organize a meeting of the Award Council at the grassroots level.
