1. Contestants:

• Domestic and international tour operators need to be licensed.
• College and University students who wish to work as domestic or international tour operators
• Other subjects in need

- 02 portrait photos (4cm x 6cm)

- 01 copy of ID card

- 01 copy of birth certificate

6. Exam format:

- Theory part: 150 minutes (multiple choice test: 75 minutes, essay test: 75 minutes)

- Practical part: 90 minutes (including 80 minutes of computer practice and presentation, 10 minutes of answering questions)

7. Certificate:Issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi according to the regulations of the General Department of Tourism
8. Estimated review time:03 sessions/05 sessions/10 sessions depending on the student's input level
