The development of globalization and new advances in technology have had a profound impact on all aspects of human life, particularly on the field of communication. New media, based on digital technology with characteristics such as immediacy, social connectivity, and multi-device trends, has facilitated international exchange and interaction not only for organizations and businesses but also for individuals.

At the state level, this includes media coverage of the WTO, maritime sovereignty, border wars, or international legal issues such as the case of Hong Quang Minh (Minh Beo), who was prosecuted and convicted in the US and subsequently released to Vietnam, or the involvement of Vietnamese citizen Doan Thi Huong in an assassination in Malaysia. International media organizations and businesses demonstrate this through efforts by NGOs to adapt their messages to suit the host country, start-up projects seeking foreign investment, or corporations like Samsung managing their image after Vice Chairman Lee Jae Yong was arrested on bribery charges, or the Formosa wastewater treatment crisis. Not only organizations and businesses, but also the public can significantly influence international media, such as the trend of using the French flag as a Facebook profile picture after the 2015 Paris terrorist attacks, or the public's active interest and commentary on the recent US presidential election.

In a world of increasing interdependence, human communication is no longer confined within national borders, leading managers to many crossroads.

In the first option, humanity must confront integration and build.a global media management system completely separate from its cultural aspect..Because of the multicultural nature of different countries, messages can be interpreted from different angles, leading to different meanings.

The second option is development.a global communication network where open exchange and discussion are based on convergence and the building of a shared culture. This will create a unified global media management model. This will become a decisive step in international diplomacy, legal affairs, trade, and investment activities aimed at achieving and maintaining a sustainable world order.

During the talk, experts and delegates will discuss and offer some directional suggestions for businesses and agencies in managing international communications. At the same time, experts will also emphasize the urgent need for human resources in the field of communications management and directions for implementing training in this field in Vietnam.
