On April 4, 2017, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Circular No. 08/2017/TT-BGDĐT promulgating the Regulations on admission and training of doctoral programs. The Inspection and Legal Affairs Department hereby sends the above document to the Board of Directors (for guidance on implementation), and the leaders of the units for their information and implementation.
This Circular takes effect from May 18, 2017 and replaces Circular No. 10/2009/TT-BGDĐT dated May 7, 2009 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Regulations on doctoral training and Circular No. 05/2012/TT-BGDĐT dated February 15, 2012 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulations on doctoral training issued together with Circular No. 10/2009/TT-BGDĐT dated May 7, 2009.
