On April 4, 2017, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Circular No. 08/2017/TT-BGDDT Promulgating the Regulations on admission and training for doctoral degrees. The Inspection and Legal Department would like to send the above document to the Board of Directors (for implementation direction), and the leaders of the units for information and implementation.
This Circular takes effect from May 18, 2017 and replaces Circular No. 10/2009/TT-BGDDT dated May 7, 2009 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Regulations on doctoral training and Circular No. 05/2012/TT-BGDDT dated February 15, 2012 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulations on doctoral training issued together with Circular No. 10/2009/TT-BGDDT dated May 7, 2009.
Note the transitional provisions of the Circular.
