Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Thi Minh Hoa works with the 2nd ISO 9001: 2008 monitoring and evaluation team

Attending the discussion were representatives of NQA including Mr. Tran Quang Huy - Head of the evaluation team and 3 evaluation experts: Mr. Nguyen Xuan Trieu, Mr. Nguyen Khac Kim and Mr. Pham Minh Khoi.

On the side of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, there was the presence of Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Thi Minh Hoa - Vice Principal of the University and full representatives of the leaders of 8 departments and 1 center in the Rectorate Block.

Speaking at the meeting, Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Thi Minh Hoa - Vice Principal of the School shared: "The School is implementing ISO application and management processes to the majority of important operating processes of departments and centers in the School's Headquarters. In the near future, the School will continue to review and deploy to the remaining processes."

On the part of the expert team, to ensure the assessment schedule, the expert team will assign each expert to work with each unit to ensure the content, method and time of the assessment. During today's time, the assessment team will review the processes, look for evidence of compliance and suitability with market requirements. Through that, they will get opinions to help the school improve and perfect the management process.

The working session lasted throughout the day, the Evaluation Team visited each department to carry out the evaluation program. The departments included: Training Department, Political and Student Affairs Department, Administration - General Department, Planning - Finance Department, Organization - Personnel Department, Inspection - Legal Department, Management - Scientific Research Department, Cooperation and Development Department, Training Quality Assurance Center.

On behalf of the evaluation team, Mr. Tran Quang Huy reported the general results after the expert team visited the departments. The evaluation team met, unanimously approved and had general comments on the strengths that the school had achieved as follows: The school's functional departments all seriously implemented the necessary processes according to the assigned functions and tasks under controlled conditions; In all departments, specific goals were determined, based on the school's general quality goals for the period 2015 - 2020; The departments provided the evaluation team with full evidence of monitoring, evaluating and archiving records of the results of the implementation of the processes; This strength shows that the school's quality management system has had a significant impact on the quality of training and scientific research, which are the school's core tasks.
