Announcement of university entrance exam results for Group C

The two candidates with the highest total scores in the three subjects are:25points. They are Bui Thi Minh Ngoc, registration number QHXC-04568, registered to take the Literature exam, and Le Thi Duyen, registration number QHXC-08243, registered to take the Management Science exam.

Next are 8 candidates who achieved a total score of over 24 points in the three subjects, including:

• Phan Thi Minh Hang(QHXC-01759, International Studies major);
• Tran Thi Mai Hue(QHXC-02537, Oriental Studies major);
• Nguyen Thuong Huyen(QHXC-02709, Journalism and Communication major);
• Vu Thi Thanh(QHXC-05783, International Studies major);
• Le Thi Trang(QHXC-07008, Archival Studies and Office Management major);
• Nguyen Thi Thu Trang(QHXC-07071, History major);
• Pham Ngoc Trang(QHXC-07143, Journalism and Communication major);
• Nguyen Thi Quynh Trang(QHXC-08498, Management Science major).

Thirteen candidates achieved the highest score in Literature: 8.75 points; one candidate achieved the highest score in History: 9 points; and one candidate achieved the highest score in Geography: 9.25 points.

According to preliminary statistics, 3.8% of Literature exam papers, 44% of History exam papers, and 35.37% of Geography exam papers scored below 3. The percentage of exam papers scoring 5 points or higher in Literature, History, and Geography were 78.7%, 25.82%, and 35.3%, respectively.

Today (August 1, 2008), the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) announced the results of the 2008 university entrance exam for Group C on the University's website at the following address:

The exam results for Group D are expected to be announced on August 2nd, 2008.

The school is expected to announce the first round of admission results and send out score reports, exam result certificates, and admission notices before August 14, 2008.
