Time: from 8:00 to 16:30

Location: Building G, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai - Thanh Xuan - Hanoi.

Students entering the 2008 class should pay attention to the following:

1. Need to see the diagram to determine the lecture hall for admission procedures.

2. Students under social policy must go to the Social Policy Office (see specific diagram) to get a certificate of tuition exemption or reduction before enrolling.

3. At the admission office, students need to prepare the following documents:

  • Notice of successful candidates (original)
  • High school diploma (original and notarized copy) or high school graduation certificate in 2008.
  • Academic transcript (original and notarized copy)
  • Birth certificate (copy)
  • Resume
  • Social policy papers
  • 02 3x4 photos and 01 6x9 photo with full name and date of birth written on the back of the photo
  • Tuition, fees, health insurance, personal insurance, medical examination.

4. After submitting the application, students receive their class schedule and student handbook at the student admission desk.

5. For students without a registered residence in Hanoi, it is necessary to keep the Temporary Absence Certificate to submit to the police station where they have registered their temporary residence.

6. Students under the policy, if they wish to stay in the dormitory, please register.

Regulations on priority subjects of QH-2008-X

1. Tuition exemption:

  • Highland ethnic groups (admission subject 01 has permanent residence in KV1-VC);
  • Kinh people in mountainous areas (with permanent residence in mountainous areas but not in cities, towns, or townships) and Kinh people in remote areas and islands;
  • Martyr's child
  • Disabled children 1/4; 2/4; 3/4; 4/4;
  • Sick soldier 1/3; 2/3; 3/3;
  • Orphaned with no place to go;
  • The student himself is disabled, with a working capacity reduced by 21% or more (with a record from the Medical Examination Council).

2. 50% tuition reduction:

  • Children of civil servants who have work-related accidents receive regular benefits.

Attention:

1.Students belonging to the following priority groups must submit their application documents in full in the original application when submitting their application documents according to the instructions:

  • Students are ethnic minorities in KV1, KV2, KV3.
  • Students in admission categories 02, 03, 05, 07.
  • Students are biological children of people infected with Agent Orange (subject 04).

2.Students whose families are poor (with a tuition fee exemption application, confirmed by a competent authority, along with a poor household book) must submit it to the Office of Politics and Student Affairs - Room 408, Building E - from September 6, 2008 to September 30, 2008 for the School's Tuition Fee Reduction Review Council to decide.
