Pursuant to Decree No. 81/2021/ND-CP dated August 27, 2021 of the Prime Minister stipulating the mechanism for collecting and managing tuition fees for educational institutions in the national education system and policies on tuition exemption and reduction, support for learning costs; service prices in the field of education and training;
Based on the registration results of semester 1, school year 2021-2022 of full-time students.
University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the tuition collection plan for semester 1 of the 2021-2022 school year for full-time students as follows:
1. For students who already have an account, from December 13, 2021 to 3:00 p.m. on December 31, 2021, proactively deposit into their personal account the tuition fee as notified by the School and the account maintenance fee and other fees (100,000 VND). The School requests that the bank automatically transfer the amount from the student's personal account to the School's tuition account within the above specified time.
2. For students who do not have a personal account, they can deposit money through the School's account from December 13, 2021 to 3:00 p.m. on December 31, 2021:
- Account number: 1003646101 Saigon-Hanoi Bank (SHB), Nguyen Trai Transaction Office, Tay Hanoi Branch.
- Beneficiary: University of Social Sciences and Humanities
When submitting the request, students must fill in all information on the money transfer form according to the following format: [Student code][Full name][][faculty][course] to pay tuition
Example: 18030001, Nguyen Van A, December 18, 2000, Dong Phuong QH-2018, paid tuition.
After the above deadline, the Planning and Finance Department will transfer the list of students with tuition debt to relevant Departments for handling according to the University Training Regulations.
