- Create opportunities for young staff of VNU to meet for the first time with the highest leaders of VNU in an Open Forum to learn about the strategic development plan of VNU, about the policies and breakthrough decisions to build VNU into a prestigious university in training and scientific research, a reliable address providing high-quality human resources for society.
- This is also an opportunity for leaders to express their wishes and expectations for the young staff to contribute to the cause of building VNU.
- Through this program, young staff of VNU will demonstrate their responsibilities and roles, and provide VNU leaders with solutions to improve the quality of management, training and scientific research at VNU.
- Young staff of VNU fully grasp the Strategic Plan, major policies and solutions for VNU development.
- Many concerns and questions of young cadres about mechanisms, policies, and treatment regimes... to promote the role of the young generation in the cause of building VNU will also be satisfactorily answered by VNU leaders.
