Notice on providing introductory content about units on the website

Since April 1, 2008, the School has officially put into use the new version of the website. To enhance the effectiveness of promoting the School's image as well as meeting the information needs of website visitors, the School requests the following units:

1. Provide an introduction about your unit (through the Information Team) according to the attached form (Download attached form);
2. Proactively contact the Information Team when the provided introduction content changes and needs to be updated or supplemented.

Request:

+ Document form: includes 01 printed copy with the unit leader's signature and 01 soft copy (using Unicode encoding).

+ Completion deadline: Before April 26, 2008.
