Announcement regarding the provision of introductory content about the units on the website.

Since April 1st, 2008, the School has officially launched a new version of its website. To enhance the effectiveness of promoting the School's image and to meet the information needs of website visitors, the School requests the following from the relevant departments:

1. Provide a brief introduction about your unit (through the Information Team) using the attached template.Download the attached template.);
2. Proactively contact the Information Team if the provided introductory content needs updating or supplementation.

Request:

+ Document format: includes 01 printed copy with the signature of the unit leader and 01 soft copy (using Unicode encoding).

+ Deadline for completion: Before April 26, 2008.
