In accordance with the Official Letter from the Committee for Amendment of the 1992 Constitution and the Official Letter from the Director of Hanoi National University regarding the organization of public consultations on the draft amendments to the 1992 Constitution, the University requests that heads of units continue to organize feedback on the draft through their units, social organizations (Trade Union, Youth Union, Student Association), or individuals.
In accordance with the Official Letter from the Committee for Amendment of the 1992 Constitution and the Official Letter from the Director of Hanoi National University regarding the organization of public consultations on the draft amendments to the 1992 Constitution, the University requests that heads of units continue to organize feedback on the draft through their units, social organizations (Trade Union, Youth Union, Student Association), or individuals.Comments on the draft include a general assessment of the Draft Constitution; comments on each content in the Draft (by chapter), clearly stating what is approved or disapproved, and the reasons for approval or disapproval; content that needs to be amended, guidance on amendments and the reasons for the amendments; and content that needs to be added or removed from the Draft Constitution.
