Television Profession Class (April 2013)

Center for Journalism and Media is enrolling for the Television Profession class, opening on April 30, 2013.

  • Tuition: 3,000,000 VND (10% discount)-15% tuition fee for students and alumni of the School)
  • Duration: 14 sessions
  • Certificate: Vietnamese – English certificate
  • Study location: Studio 3rd floor, Building H, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi

1. Object: All subjects who need to participate in the course.

2. Objective: At the end of the course, students will have a basic theoretical knowledge of television, and master the professional skills to produce a television program. Specifically as follows:

+ Television scripts and scripts; television program production process; television journalism genres; television terminology.

+ Techniques for filming basic television genres such as television news, reports, television documentaries, music video clips, etc. Students practice filming on modern video cameras.

+ Nonlinear film editing techniques and popular computer graphics programs today.

+ Practice time 70%.

3. Lecturer: are experienced and prestigious lecturers and journalists of VTV and VTC stations

4. Study time: 14 sessions. Every Monday-Wednesday-Friday, from 6pm-8pm.

5. Register for study: Applications are accepted until April 28, 2013 at room 411, building C, Center for Journalism and Communication, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.

Registration documents include:

- Application form (receive and fill out form at the Center)

- Copy of student card/university diploma/ID card.

- 2 photos 3 x 4 cm (taken within the last 3 months)
