The Center for Foreign Languages and Training Cooperation (University of Social Sciences and Humanities) organizes review courses and exams for PET (B1) and FCE (B2) certificates.

Target participants:

  • Graduate students and doctoral candidates.
  • Students who plan to study abroad.
  • English teachers teaching in secondary schools in Vietnam.
  • Other interested parties (working for foreign organizations, taking civil service exams, standardizing foreign language proficiency for officials in state agencies, etc.)

PET and FCE certificates have several advantages:

  • This is the most valuable qualification in the world, recognized by thousands of employers, universities, businesses, and organizations worldwide.
  • The certificate has no expiration date; it is valid indefinitely.
  • The exam fees are significantly lower than those for other international certifications. (Specifically, as of 2013, the PET fee is 760,000 VND and the FCE fee is 1,240,000 VND. This is comparable to the IELTS fee of 3,200,000 VND.)
  • The chances of passing are higher compared to other international certifications because the difficulty level is not as high.
