In 2018, the School organized the 7th scientific conference for young staff and postgraduate students. The conference is an activity to contribute to improving the quality of training and scientific research of young staff and postgraduate students; applying learned knowledge, researching specific issues raised by the profession; creating a professional foundation and research skills for the learning and research process (thesis, dissertation); improving the quality of training and self-training, aiming to develop high-quality human resources, discover and foster a team of potential scientific staff; creating an academic atmosphere among young staff and postgraduate students, contributing to building a research University.
1. Content
- The articles are research related to the content of theses and dissertations of young staff and postgraduate students of the School.
- The article is a study on the innovation of Social Sciences and Humanities in the process of development and international integration.
2. Conference organization format
- The scientific conference for young cadres and SDH students is organized at the School level, including plenary sessions and sub-committees (based on articles with similar topics and research content).
- The conference will review about 25 articles with qualified research content (based on the comments of 02 reviewers) to publish 01 special issue in the School's Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities, scheduled for November 2018.
3. Article regulations
- Article summary in Vietnamese and English including title, author's name, work unit, study unit, article summary (about 500 words), keywords.
- Full text of 10,000 to 15,000 words presented in unicode font, Times New Roman code, Citations; Reference list(according to the regulations of the Science and Technology magazine).
4. Time of organization: 01 day at the end of October 2018.
5. Location: University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi.
6. Implementation schedule
- May 2018: Send out invitations to write articles.
- June-July 2018: The Research Management Department receives articles to participate in the Conference. Email: hoithaokhnv@gmail.com
- September-November 2018: Organizing conferences, reviewing and selecting articles for publication in the journal.
