The seminar is also an exchange and dialogue around issues of medieval Vietnamese literature in particular and Vietnamese literature in general. The books introduced include:

- Confucian scholars and Vietnamese literature(Tran Ngoc Vuong, Information and Communication Publishing House, reprinted in 2018).
- Vietnamese literature from the 10th to the 19th century, theoretical and historical issues(Editor-in-chief Tran Ngoc Vuong, Hanoi National University Publishing House, reprinted in 2018).
The seminar had the participation of speakers: Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Van Toan - Hanoi National University of Education, Dr. Pham Van Hung - University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, MSc. Quach Thu Hien - Institute of Literature, Dr. Mai Anh Tuan - Hanoi University of Culture and many other researchers.
