To celebrate the 128th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1980 - May 19, 2018); to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the founding of VNU (December 10, 1993 - December 10, 2018) and to create a useful playground to help union members and young people consolidate their knowledge and learn more about Ho Chi Minh's ideology, thereby motivating students to study and follow Uncle Ho's teachings in their daily lives and work, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Vietnam National University, Hanoi organizes the third contest to learn about Ho Chi Minh's ideology "The Path of Light".
