To commemorate the 128th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth (May 19, 1980 - May 19, 2018); the 25th anniversary of the founding of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (December 10, 1993 - December 10, 2018); and to create a beneficial platform for youth union members to consolidate their knowledge and learn more about Ho Chi Minh's ideology, thereby motivating students to study and follow his teachings in their daily lives and work, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Vietnam National University, Hanoi is organizing the third "Path of Light" competition to learn about Ho Chi Minh's ideology. The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is the host unit.
