Regulations on building a cultural environment in schools.

On April 9, 2009, the Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities signed document No. 528/XHNV-TC stipulating regulations on building a cultural environment within the University.

According to regulations, effective from April 20, 2009, the School requires all staff, faculty, and students to strictly adhere to the following rules:

1. Do not drink alcohol before or during work or study hours. Do not consume alcohol during seminars or conferences.
2. Smoking is prohibited in elevators, offices, meeting rooms, auditoriums, and classrooms; a smoke-free environment should be created on campus.
3. Do not use mobile phones during meetings, classes, study sessions, exams, or invigilation sessions.
4. Trade unions, veterans' associations, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and the Student Association, in coordination with departments and units, organize propaganda and mobilization efforts to ensure that all staff, faculty, and students throughout the university comply with these regulations.
