Announcement of tuition fee collection plan for the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year.

1.1. Majors in the QH-2023-X cohort and earlier:
Tuition fee: 1,500,000 VND/month/student.
Payment method: Payment is based on registered credits: 410,000 VND/credit/coefficient.
1.2. Majors for the QH-2024-X cohort:
1.2.1. Industries that have undergone quality assessment and established economic and technical standards:
- Psychology, Journalism, Public Relations, International Relations, Hotel Management, Tourism and Hospitality Management.
Tuition fee: 3,000,000 VND/month/student.
Method of collection:
+ Payments are collected in two installments during the school year (5 months/installment).
+ For students retaking courses, improving grades, taking excess credits, and taking voluntary classes, the fee is charged based on the number of credits registered: 825,000 VND/credit/coefficient.
- Information Management, Office Administration, Management Science, Oriental Studies, Literature.
Tuition fee: 2,500,000 VND/month/student.
Method of collection:
+ Payments are collected in two installments during the school year (5 months/installment).
+ For students retaking courses, improving grades, taking excess credits, and taking voluntary classes, the fee is charged based on the number of credits registered: VND 685,000/credit/coefficient.
1.2.2. Remaining majors for the QH-2024-X cohort.
Tuition fee: 1,500,000 VND/month/student.
Method of collection:
+ Payments are collected in two installments during the school year (5 months/installment).
+ For students retaking courses, improving grades, taking excess credits, and taking voluntary classes, the fee is charged based on the number of credits registered: 410,000 VND/credit/coefficient.
1.3. High-quality system according to Circular 23 (socialization):
Tuition fee: 3,500,000 VND/month/student.
Method of collection:
+ Payments are collected in two installments during the school year (5 months/installment).
+ For students retaking courses, improving grades, taking excess credits, and taking voluntary classes, the fee is charged based on the number of credits registered: 825,000 VND/credit/coefficient.
* The school will announce the list of students along with tuition fees and student ID numbers on the school's website and via email to students in each department.

From March 25, 2025 to 3:00 PM on April 16, 2025.

3.1. For students who already have BIDV and SHB accounts, tuition fees will be collected automatically through the bank. Students will deposit the corresponding amount of tuition fees into their accounts opened at BIDV and SHB. The bank will automatically collect the tuition fees within the collection period specified in Section 2.
(Note: The minimum balance required to maintain the account is VND 100,000. Due to potential fees including account maintenance fees, inquiry fees, SMS fees, etc., the minimum balance in the student's account when the bank collects payment will be equal to the TUITION FEE + VND 100,000.)
3.2. For students who do not have a personal account at BIDV or SHB banks, students should pay through the university's account during the collection period specified in Section 2.

- Beneficiary: University of Social Sciences and Humanities
When submitting the application, students should fill in all the required payment information using the following format:
[Student ID][Full Name][Department][Course] pays tuition fee
(Example: 21030001, Nguyen Van A, Journalism QH-2021, tuition payment).

We respectfully request that the heads of training units and relevant departments inform and urge students to fulfill their tuition fee obligations within the stipulated timeframe.
After the deadline, the Planning and Finance Department will forward the list of students with outstanding tuition fees to the relevant departments for processing according to the University Training Regulations.
