Pursuant to Decision No. 2440/QD-XHNV dated July 7, 2023 of the President of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities on regulating tuition fees for all systems and training levels for foreigners;
Pursuant to Decision No. 5234/QD-XHNV dated July 17, 2025 of the President of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities on regulating the tuition fees for postgraduate study for Vietnamese people.
The University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the tuition fee collection plan for the 2025-2026 academic year as follows:

- Students and postgraduates pay through the school's account:
- Account number: 1003646101 Saigon-Hanoi Bank (SHB), Nguyen Trai Transaction Office, Tay Hanoi Branch.
- Beneficiary: University of Social Sciences and Humanities
When submitting a student application, the student must fill in full remittance information according to the following format: [Student Code, Student] [Full name] [major] [course] tuition fee
Example: 24037001, Nguyen Van A, Journalism, University 2024, tuition fee
* Payment of tuition fees is the obligation of every graduate student and doctoral student. Only graduate students and doctoral students who have completed the payment of tuition fees will be included in the list of candidates for examination and defense.
Heads of units are requested to notify, urge and remind graduate students and doctoral students of their units to comply with training regulations and complete tuition payment on time as prescribed.
