The Youth Union and Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, announces the organization of the “USSH GRALENT Beauty Contest,” hosted by the Student Event Organization Club (SEG). The contest aims to find and honor outstanding student role models – those who possess beauty in appearance, intelligence, character, and confidence, representing the new generation of students: confident, dynamic, humane, and idealistic. USSH Gralent is a journey for each individual to discover themselves, hone their skills, express their unique personality, and spread their distinctive values to the community.
The competition is scheduled to take place from October 17, 2025 to March 22, 2026, and will include the following rounds and supporting activities:- PRESS CONFERENCE & TALKSHOW “SHINE OR STAY” - Program Launch Ceremony (October 17, 2025): Official announcement of the USSH Gralent competition to all students, media, and related organizations, and organization of the Talkshow “Shine or Stay”.
- APPLICATION ROUND (Expected time: October 17, 2025 - November 19, 2025): Candidates submit their applications online via the link on the "USSH Gralent - Talent and Beauty of Humanities" Fanpage.
- PRELIMINARY ROUND (Expected date: November 23, 2025): Contestants participate in the casting with neat attire, performing under the guidance of the judges and organizers. The top 40 contestants with the best physique, confident and friendly communication style, and highest scores will advance to the next round.
- SUPPLEMENTARY ROUND (Expected date: December 14, 2026): Includes a Body Liberation skills class and training in performing in front of the camera. The top 3 contestants with the most outstanding and impressive performances, selected by the organizers and sponsors, will receive bonus points for the Semi-Final round.
- SEMI-FINAL ROUND (Expected date: January 18, 2026): This round consists of two parts: a performance and a presentation. The top 20 contestants with the highest total scores will advance to the FINAL ROUND.
- TALENT ROUND (Expected date: February 1, 2026): Contestants will have 5 minutes to showcase a talent, skill, or content in the social field through an artistic performance that they have registered with the Organizing Committee. The two contestants with the highest scores will receive the title of Miss/Mr. Talent. The top 5 contestants with the highest scores in the Talent Round will be honored on the competition's fanpage.
- SUPPLEMENTARY SKILLS CLASSES & EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES. Candidates will participate in 3 supplementary skills classes: image building skills, critical thinking and debating skills, and catwalk/performance skills. Along with these, there will be extracurricular activities aimed at spreading the message "Humanities students live humanely."
- FINAL ROUND (Expected date: March 22, 2026): Consists of two parts: a catwalk competition with themed costumes and a Q&A session.
