2. Training program
Provide learners with an overview of digital libraries, skills in managing and building digital collections; human resource requirements and issues related to digital library infrastructure; at the same time, learners are also equipped with knowledge of digital library products and services, and user characteristics in the digital environment to meet the needs of learners for learning, scientific research and professional work.
