The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU announces the Final Exam Plan for Semester II, 2023-2024 school year as follows:

2. Exam time:- Main exam time: divided into 2 sessions
+ Phase 1 with 7-week, 10-week and 12-week courses starts on May 2, 2024 - May 10, 2024
+ Phase 2 with 15-week courses starting May 20 - May 31, 2024- Exam time: Shift 1: 8:00, Shift 3: 14:00, Shift 5: 18:10
3. Note for Students:
3.1. About exam time:Time for students to be present in the exam room: Shift 1: 8:00, Shift 3: 14:00, Shift 5: 18:10
3.2. Regarding the exam schedule of special subjects:The subjects "Marxist-Leninist Political Economy", "Marxist-Leninist Philosophy", "General State and Law" are organized on computers and there is no official exam schedule yet. The school will update the exam schedule of these subjects after the announcement of the VNU Examination Center. When the official exam schedule is announced, students can view the exam schedule and exam information on the VNU Examination Center's website at: http://tracuu.dgnl.edu.vn
3.3. Regarding the final essay courses:Students should pay attention to the teacher's regulations to write and submit their essays on time (especially final year students).
3.4. Regarding students' absence from exams due to objective reasonsIn case of force majeure and inability to take the exam, students must submit a report stating the reason for absence to the Training Department. In case of absence due to health reasons, they must attach a medical examination and treatment record from a medical facility with a ROUND stamp (Hospital stamp - confirmations with a square stamp or no stamp are not accepted) within 3 days from the date of absence for consideration of a make-up exam.
3.5. When taking the exam, students must have a student card or valid photo identification.If the student card is blurred, has a damaged photo or is incorrect, the student must have a temporary certificate for students waiting to reissue the card issued by the Office of Politics and Student Affairs along with other identification documents with a photo. Students who do not have identification documents with a photo and a valid stamp will not be allowed to take the exam.
