Announcement of regular university enrollment for the second training programs in 2025 (phase 2)

2. Admission objects

- Full-time student of University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

- Full-time students of schools under Vietnam National University, Hanoi: University of Foreign Languages, University of Education, University of Law, University of Economics, School of Interdisciplinary Sciences and Arts, International School.

3. Conditions for admission registration

- The major of the second training program must be different from the major of the first training program.

- Have studied at least two semesters of the first training program.

- The average score of all subjects from the beginning of the course to the time of registration for the second training program must be 2.5 or higher and meet the input quality assurance threshold of the second training program in the year of enrollment.

- Students have an application to study a second training program and pay tuition according to the regulations of the training unit.

4. Admission method

Consider the average learning score from the beginning of the course to the time of admission from high to low until the quota is full.

6.2. Admission fee

- Fee: 100,000 VND/application

- Students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities pay fees directly and are supported to print transcripts (proof of academic results up to the time of admission) at the Training Department (Room 103, Building E)

- Students of training units outside the University of Social Sciences and Humanities transfer the fee when registering for admission, copy the transaction results and submit them with a transcript (proof of academic results up to the time of admission) with the signature and seal of the first training unit.

7. Tuition

- Tuition fees are calculated per credit unit, paid per semester corresponding to the number of credits registered for that semester.

- Tuition fees for the 2025-2026 school year for the following majors are expected:

+ 660,000 VND/credit: Journalism, Public Relations, Tourism and Travel Services Management, Hotel Management, International Studies, Psychology

+ 565,000 VND/credit: Oriental Studies, Management Science, Information Management, Office Administration, Literature, History, Political Science, Southeast Asian Studies, Information - Library, Linguistics, Vietnamese Studies, Sociology.

+ 470,000 VND/credit: Social work, Korean studies, Han Nom, Archival studies, Anthropology, Religious studies, Philosophy, Cultural studies.

8. Training organization

Students study at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Based on the general timetable for the school's majors and the separate timetable for classes according to the second training program, students register for classes that suit their time and study plan.

9. Graduation requirements

Upon completion of the second major training program, students will receive a regular university degree from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Students will only be recognized as graduates if they meet the following conditions:

- Recognized as graduating from the first major;

- Up to the time of graduation, the student is not under criminal prosecution;

- Accumulate enough credits required in the second training program;

- Cumulative GPA of the entire course is 2.0 or higher;

- Still within the maximum time to complete the course of the first major;

- Paid full tuition for the course.

Note: The maximum time to complete the second training program is the maximum time to complete the first training program.
