The Institute of Journalism and Communication Training, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, is recruiting students for its short-term course "Journalism and Communication Skills".

February 17, 2020 (Monday and Wednesday evening classes)
February 22, 2020 (Saturday class)
1. Target audience of the course
- Students currently studying or who have graduated from university or college.
- Individuals working in the field of journalism and media but lacking a relevant degree need to obtain professional certifications to complete their application for recruitment/promotion to civil servant positions.
- Anyone interested in or passionate about journalism and media.

2. Training program
- Equip yourself with a foundational knowledge system of modern journalism and media.
- Develop skills in topic research, interviewing, information processing, work organization, editing, and creating multimedia journalistic works.
- Working on basic journalistic genres: news, interviews, feature stories.
But70% of the practical training time is guided by lecturers from the Institute of Journalism and Communication Training, as well as experienced journalists and reporters.
- Upon completion of the course, learners will be able to produce journalistic works as required in the fields of print and online journalism.

3. Certificates
- Vietnamese-English certificate issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, in compliance with Circular 11/2016/TTLT- Ministry of Information and Communications - Ministry of Home Affairs.
4. Duration of study: 8 weeks
- Weekday class: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM every Monday and Wednesday
- Weekend class: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM every Saturday
5.Tuition fee: 2,500,000 VND
- Special offer for students currently enrolled at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi: 2,200,000 VND/student
- 10% discount on tuition fees for groups of 5 or more (2,250,000 VND/student)
