4.1. For legal entities

- Business license;

- 3 similar contracts;

- Financial reports for three consecutive years: 2020, 2021, and 2022;

- Provide payroll statements for at least 10 employees who have been contributing to social insurance for 3 years or more;

- Operating plan if the bid is successful;

- Confirmation of deposit for participation in the auction in cash or a bank guarantee letter;

4.2. For individuals, the documents include:

- Photocopy of the citizen identification card (notarized);

- Health certificate (issued within the last 6 months);

- Curriculum vitae (with confirmation from the commune/ward);

- Operating plan if the bid is successful;

5. Time and location for selling and receiving auction participation documents:

- Time: From 8:30 AM on November 14, 2023 to 4:30 PM on November 24, 2023.

- Location: Room 401, Building E, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.

- Application fee: 300,000 VND/set (In words: Three hundred thousand Vietnamese Dong).
