2. Conditions for registration for appointment

- Has been recognized as meeting the standards for the title of associate professor by the State Council of Professors or has been appointed to the title of associate professor by an educational institution abroad and meets the needs and conditions for appointment of the University (The educational institution abroad must have been accredited and recognized for its quality by an accreditation organization permitted to operate under the laws of the host country).
- I aspire to be appointed as an associate professor at the University.
 

3. The application dossier for appointment to the positions of professor and associate professor includes:

- Application for appointment to the position of Associate Professor (Form No. 15, Appendix II issued with Decision No. 37/2018/QD-TTg dated August 31, 2018 of the Prime Minister).
- A copy of the decision recognizing the candidate's eligibility for the associate professor title.
- Proof of appointment to the position of associate professor at a foreign higher education institution (if applicable).
- Copies must be certified or notarized in accordance with the law or compared with the original when submitting the application.
The University of Social Sciences and Humanities will begin accepting applications for the appointment of associate professors in 2023 from December 1st, 2023 to December 8th, 2023 at the Personnel Department (Room 602, Building E, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi).
