1. Scope of applicationThis regulation applies to full-time students of standard and high-quality training programs of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
2. Conditions for students to register in advance for some courses of the master's programStudents can register for some courses of the master's program in advance if they meet the following conditions:
- Third year students or above.
- Have academic performance calculated based on cumulative average score ranked Good (2.50) or higher.
- Not during the period of academic disciplinary action.
3. Procedure for students to register in advance for some courses of the master's program- The training unit announces the list of courses in the master's training program that students can register for in advance.
- Students submit their application to the Training Department 1 week before the semester starts. The total number of credits registered for pre-study courses of the master's program must not exceed 15 credits.
- The Training Department makes a list of students wishing to register for the course and sends it to the Faculty/Institute/Department managing the course and the teaching lecturer, and at the same time, notifies students of the time and location of the class.
- Students pay tuition fees according to the number of credits registered at the Planning and Finance Department.
- Students participating in the class must comply with current master's training regulations.
4. Recognition of learning outcomesUpon completion of the course, students will be issued a transcript of course grades. Students will be recognized (or have their credits transferred to equivalent) for courses in the master's program if they meet the following conditions:
- Students admitted to a master's program in a major that is appropriate to the undergraduate program within a period of no more than 05 years from the date the student is issued a transcript of coursework.
- Only recognize results for courses assessed with a grade of C or higher.
5. ImplementationThis regulation takes effect from the date of signing. During the implementation process, if any problems arise, the Heads of relevant units shall report to the School leaders (through the Training Department) for consideration and resolution.
