- People who want to work in the field of digital media and digital content creation
- People who are working in the field of journalism and media but do not have a degree in the right field, need to supplement their professional certificate to complete their application for recruitment/promotion to civil servant positions.

2. Training program- Provide general knowledge about electronic newspapers, website structure and application of programming languages
- Provide basic knowledge about online marketing, building channels on social networks, designing and maintaining satellite site systems; analyzing and implementing Google Ads and Facebook Ads advertising work.
- Improve professional skills such as developing sources, interviewing, processing information, taking photos, organizing articles, editing works for online newspapers
- Equipped with content writing skills, new content, fully meeting SEO related factors as well as necessary meta tags
- Ability to manage web servers; warranty and periodic maintenance of the web according to basic tasks; manage existing content and future content on the web; ensure the web always operates stably, minimizing errors that affect users
- Ability to manage statistics and reports with full updates to make timely changes
- After the course, learners will have the expertise and confidence to work in communications and website administration at organizations, and apply the knowledge they have learned well into practical activities.
