NOTE TO CANDIDATES:
1. When registering for admission, special attention should be paid to the priority policy in admission to avoid registering for the wrong subjects. If the candidate is admitted, all information on priority registration on the admission portal must be proven with specific documents upon admission.
2. Regulations on priority for Region 1 in Master's admission include: Communes in regions I, II, III in ethnic minority and mountainous areas according to current regulations; communes with special difficulties in coastal and island areas; communes with special difficulties, border communes, and safe zone communes in the investment area of ​​Program 135 according to regulations of the Prime Minister. 3. Regarding foreign language requirements for master's and doctoral admission:

3.1 For master's candidates: Add a list of candidates exempted from the Foreign Language exam if they have a B1 English certificate from the following training institutions:

+ University of Foreign Languages, VNU
+ University of Foreign Languages, Hue University
+ University of Foreign Languages, University of Danang
+ Hanoi University
+ Ho Chi Minh City University of Education
+ Hanoi National University of Education (certificate issued from May 15, 2019)
+ Can Tho University (certificate issued from May 15, 2019)
+ Thai Nguyen University (certificate issued from May 15, 2019)
3.2 For candidates applying for doctoral studies: apply the foreign language entry requirements according to Circular 08/2017/TT-BGDDT dated April 4, 2017 of the Minister of Education and Training and according to the current doctoral training regulations of Hanoi National University, specifically:
