Based on Decision No. 1548/QD-DHQGHN dated May 22, 2019, of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi, regarding the recognition of the admission cutoff scores for postgraduate programs in the first round of 2019, the Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities issued Decisions No. 2091/QD-XHNV and 2092/QD-XHNV dated May 24, 2019, recognizing the successful candidates for master's and doctoral programs in 2019. To facilitate the enrollment process and training organization, the University announces the enrollment plan as follows:
A. TIME AND LOCATION OF ADMISSION:
1. Enrollment time: 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM on June 14, 2019 (Friday)
2. Location: 3rd floor, Building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities
B. ADMISSION PROCEDURES
Successful candidates need to prepare the following enrollment documents:
- Prepare a complete set of documents from the list below (put them in a file folder, similar to a job application folder). Clearly write "Admission Application," "Major," "Full Name," "Date of Birth," "Address," and "Phone Number" on the cover.
- Prepare an envelope containing two 3x4 photos. Write your full name, date of birth, and major on the outside of the envelope and on the back of each photo.
- One notarized copy of the National Identity Card/Citizen ID Card
- Prepare the tuition fees as announced, including:
+ Master's degree training:1,335,000 VND/month x 10 months = 13,350,000 VND/year (for candidates admitted to the Tourism major, the tuition fee is 1,590,000 VND/month x 10 months = 15,900,000 VND/year)
+ Doctoral training:2,225,000 VND/month x 10 months = 22,250,000 VND/year (for candidates admitted to the Tourism major, the tuition fee is 2,650,000 VND/month x 10 months = 26,500,000 VND/year)

Proof of eligibility for priority consideration for the candidate: ButNotarized copies of household registration and birth certificate (for priority beneficiaries who are ethnic minorities residing for two consecutive years or more in localities designated as Zone 1). ButNotarized copy of household registration certificate and decision of the competent authority regarding acceptance and assignment of work (for those entitled to priority in continuous work for 2 years or more in localities designated as Zone 1). ButCertified copies of documents for individuals who are war invalids, beneficiaries of policies similar to war invalids, children of martyrs, etc. |

2. List of documents required for doctoral admission:
- Candidate's application documents (submitted during the application process)
- 2 photos (3x4cm)
- Notarized copy of ID card or Citizen's Identity Card
- Tuition fees are as per the above information.
C. PROCEDURES FOR RECEIVING ADMISSION NOTICES AND TRAINING PLAN:
- Candidates who are sponsored by their employing agency or who need an admission notice to report to their agency/unit will receive it directly at the Training Department (Admissions Section), Room 601, Building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, from June 3rd to June 8th, 2019. For self-funded candidates, this notice serves as the official admission notice, and candidates will receive the notice during the enrollment process to complete the enrollment procedures.
- Successful master's and doctoral candidates will receive their study plans at the enrollment session.
Note:
- Candidates who have registered for preferential treatment in the admissions process on the admissions portal must submit complete supporting documents certifying their eligibility for preferential treatment when registering for the exam. Failure to do so will result in the candidate being held responsible for the false declarations and will be subject to penalties as prescribed by regulations.
