Return of TOCFL Chinese Proficiency Test certificate for April 2019 exam session

Currently, the Center for Training and Application of Information Technology, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU has received the certificate of the exam on April 28, 2019. Therefore, the Center respectfully informs the candidates who participated in the Chinese proficiency test on April 28, 2019 at the Center to come to the Center's office to receive the certificate:

Certificate issuance time:May 23, 2019 – June 7, 2019 (morning from 8:30 am to 11:00 am, afternoon from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday);

–Certificate Receiving Location:Office of Information Technology Training and Application Center, Room 202, BC Building - University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU (336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi).

When receiving the Certificate, candidates please bring ID card/passport for the Center to verify.

If the candidate cannot come directly to the Center's office to pick up the exam, they can ask a relative to pick up the exam on their behalf. In this case, the relative must bring the candidate's ID card/CCCD/Passport to verify the information at the Center. In addition, the person collecting the exam on their behalf must declare the candidate's exam level information and present their ID card (or other photo identification) when coming to the Center's office to pick up the exam on behalf of the candidate.

Units wishing to recruit 5 or more candidates, please send your notice and candidate list via email.caitt@ussh.edu.vn1 working day in advance for the Center to prepare the transcript and certificate. When coming to get the certificate, the person receiving the certificate must provide a photocopied ID card/CCCD/Passport of the candidates to compare the information at the Center and the letter of introduction from their unit.

After the above deadline for issuing the Certificate, the Center will not be responsible for any problems such as loss, misplacement or damage of the Certificate. Therefore, we hope that candidates will come to get it according to the time stated above.

For candidates whose information on the Certificate such as date of birth or full name is incorrect, they can request a reissue of the Certificate (with a fee). Candidates are invited to send this request to the Center's mailbox:caitt@ussh.edu.vnto the Center for specific instructions on how to resolve.
