Student Exchange Scholarship Program at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore

The Faculty of International Studies - Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) received information from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore about the 2019 student exchange scholarship program with the following specific contents:

Event time:From August 25 - September 14, 2019

Location:Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore

Program content:This is a student exchange program with the theme "Specialists' Community Action and Leadership Exchange Programme 2019" for students from Southeast Asian countries with the aim of fostering and enhancing leadership skills, integration skills and developing soft skills in the future for students; at the same time, improving understanding, awareness and problem-solving abilities of the community (information about the program is attached to this announcement). The program includes classroom activities (lecturers, workshops, project development...) and field trips, exploring and learning about the heritage, culture and tourism of Singapore.

Selection form:

Round 1 (June 12, 2019):The International Faculty - VNU will review applications and organize interviews to select 45 qualified students to participate in Round 2.

Round 2 (June 18-19, 2019):Representatives of Ngee Ann Polytechnic will come to Vietnam to interview students admitted from Round 1 and select 30 students to officially attend the program.

(Note: Admitted students must arrange their own study program and receive support in applying for a leave of absence during the program in Singapore.).

Cost:Ngee Ann Polytechnic will sponsor all attendance costs for admitted students, including:
- Round trip airfare;
- Cost of food, accommodation and travel in the host country;
- Tuition fees and fees for extracurricular activities, field trips, etc. during the program in Singapore.

- Application form (according to the application form attached to this notice);
- Photocopy of student ID card;
- Photocopy of English certificate (if any);
- Photocopies of certificates, awards, commendations, etc. (if any).
