Student exchange scholarship program at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore

The Faculty of International Studies - Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-Hanoi) has received information from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore, regarding the 2019 student exchange scholarship program with the following details:

Program content:This is a student exchange program titled “Specialists’ Community Action and Leadership Exchange Programme 2019” for students from Southeast Asian countries, aiming to cultivate and strengthen leadership abilities, integration skills, and soft skills for the future; while also enhancing understanding, awareness, and problem-solving skills in the community (program information is attached to this announcement). The program includes classroom activities (lecturers, workshops, project development, etc.) and field trips to explore and learn about Singapore's heritage, culture, and tourism.

Selection method:

Round 1 (June 12, 2019):The International Faculty - VNU Hanoi will review applications and conduct interviews to select 45 eligible students to participate in Round 2 of the selection process.

Round 2 (June 18-19, 2019):Representatives from Ngee Ann University of Technology will travel to Vietnam to interview students who passed the first round of selection and choose 30 students to officially participate in the program.

(Note: Admitted students are responsible for making their own arrangements to ensure the completion of the program and will be assisted with the procedures for requesting a temporary leave of absence during their time in Singapore..

Budget:Ngee Ann Polytechnic will fully fund the participation costs for successful applicants, including:
- Round-trip air tickets;
- Costs of food, accommodation, and transportation in the host country;
- Tuition fees and fees for extracurricular activities, field trips, etc., during the program in Singapore.

- Photocopy of student ID card;
- Photocopy of English language certificate (if available);
- Photocopies of certificates, commendations, awards, etc. (if any).
