-Regular salary increase: Cadres and civil servants who have completed their duties and by 2008 have had enough time to maintain their salary level according to the civil servant category.
-Area of seniority allowance exceeding the framework: Cadres and civil servants who have completed their duties, are receiving seniority allowances beyond the framework, or by 2008 have held the final salary grade of the grade for 24 months (for cadres eligible for regular salary increases every 2 years) and 36 months (for cadres eligible for regular salary increases every 3 years).
-Early salary increase: Officers and civil servants who have excellently completed their tasks and are eligible to be proposed for early salary increase according to the standards in the Regulations on early salary increase for officers and civil servants of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, issued byDecision No. 1349 QD/XHNV-TCOctober 23, 2008 by the School Principal.
The head of the unit is requested to make a list (according to the form) of the officers and civil servants proposed for salary increase in 2008 (with comments from the head of the unit on each case) and send it to the Personnel Department no later than November 20, 2008. Cases of proposed salary increase before the deadline must be accompanied by a photocopy of the decision recognizing the emulation title or the decision to commend.
The school does not consider cases without comments and suggestions from the unit.
