ButRegular salary increase categoriesOfficials and employees who have completed their duties and, as of 2008, have accumulated sufficient time to hold their current salary grade according to the civil servant classification.
ButEligible for seniority allowance exceeding the standard rate.: Officials and employees who have completed their duties, are receiving seniority allowances exceeding the standard rate, or, as of 2008, have held the highest salary level of their rank for 24 months (for officials eligible for regular salary increases every 2 years) and 36 months (for officials eligible for regular salary increases every 3 years).
ButEligibility for early salary increase: Officials and employees who have excellently completed their duties and meet the criteria are eligible to be considered for early salary advancement according to the standards in the Regulations on Early Salary Advancement for Officials and Employees of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, issued byDecision No. 1349 QD/XHNV-TCOctober 23, 2008, from the School Principal.
The head of the unit is requested to compile a list (using the provided template) of officials and employees recommended for salary grade advancement in 2008 (with comments from the head of the unit on each case) and send it to the Personnel Department no later than November 20, 2008. Cases requesting early salary grade advancement must be accompanied by a photocopy of the decision recognizing the emulation title or the decision on commendation.
The school will not consider cases that do not have comments and recommendations from the unit.
