Detailed information about the Award is stipulated in the Regulations on the VNU Award for Science and Technology issued under
Decision No. 1650/QD-VNUMay 21, 2018. Works submitted for the Award must have significant scientific scope and practical value, and must have been published or officially registered (with the address of VNU Hanoi) at least one year before May 30, 2024.
I. The application for an award includes:
1. Application form for award consideration (Form 01/GT.KHCN)
2. One original and thirteen copies of the scientific work submitted for the award consideration.
3. A scientific and technological value statement for the project (Form 02/GT.KHCN) in Vietnamese.
4. Scientific profiles of the authors
5. Confirmation of the list of authors (for collective scientific works)
6. Letter of recommendation for award consideration from the Head of Department/Faculty.
7. Letters of introduction from reputable scientists regarding the work submitted for the Award (for basic research, development research, and technological innovation projects); confirmation and evaluation documents from competent authorities or units applying the results of the scientific work (for applied science and technology projects).
8. Other relevant supporting documents.
II. Registration deadline:
Applications for the Award should be submitted to the Research Management Department, University of Social Sciences and Humanities.before May 6, 2024The school will then organize a meeting of the Award Review Board at the grassroots level.
