Detailed information about the Award is specified in the Regulations on VNU Awards for Science and Technology issued under
Decision No. 1650/QD-VNUMay 21, 2018. The project participating in the Award must have high scientific stature and practical significance, have been announced or officially registered (with the address of VNU) at least 01 year before May 30, 2024.
I. The commendation proposal file includes:
1. Application for award consideration (form 01/GT.KHCN)
2. 01 original and 13 copies of scientific work registered for award consideration
3. Explanation of the scientific and technological value of the project (form 02/GT.KHCN) in Vietnamese.
4. Scientific background of the authors
5. Confirmation of author list (for collective scientific works)
6. Official dispatch requesting award consideration from the Faculty/Department Board
7. Letter of introduction from prestigious scientists about the project registered for the Award (for basic research projects, research and development projects and technological innovation); confirmation and assessment documents from competent authorities or units applying the results of the scientific project (for projects applying science and technology)
8. Other relevant supporting documents.
II. Deadline for registration submission:
Application documents for the Award are sent to the Department of Scientific Research Management, University of Social Sciences and Humanities.before 06/05/2024for the School to organize a meeting of the Council for the Award at the grassroots level.
Form 01 (application form) and form 02 (explanation of the scientific value of the project) are attached.
