Based on Decision No. 1139/QD-BGDĐT dated April 15, 2024, of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) promulgating the Plan for the implementation of university admissions in 2024 and the Regulations on regular university admissions at Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) issued together with Decision No. 1328/QD-VNU dated April 18, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as Regulation 1328), VNU requests its member schools and affiliated schools/faculties (hereinafter referred to as units) to implement the following contents:
1. Develop a university-level admissions plan (for various training programs) using the template in Appendix 5 of Regulation 1328 and submit the plan to VNU (via the eoffice system). A soft copy (Word or PDF file) should also be sent to the following email address:

vtthuy@vnu.edu.vn before May 5, 2024To compile and publish the overall plan for the entire Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) and report to the Ministry of Education and Training as required. Immediately after VNU publishes the overall plan, the units will publish their own plans on the VNU website and admissions portal at the following address:
https://tuyensinh.vnu.edu.vn/as stipulated in Regulation 1328.
2. Based on the Plan for the Implementation of the 2024 Regular University Admissions of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, issued in the appendix attached to this Official Letter, units shall develop detailed and specific implementation plans for admissions work that are appropriate to the unit's characteristics, ensuring transparency and openness for public and management agencies to monitor; ensuring fairness for all candidates participating in the admissions process and to carry out admissions work in accordance with the Admissions Regulations and the issued Plan.

VNU Hanoi hereby informs the heads of units to be aware of and direct relevant departments to comply with the Regulations and complete the project within the stipulated deadline.
