Dear: University training units
Pursuant to Decision No. 1139/QD-BGDDT dated April 15, 2024 of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) promulgating the Plan for implementing university admissions in 2024 and the Regulations on regular university admissions at Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) issued together with Decision No. 1328/QD-VNU dated April 18, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as Regulation 1328), VNU requests its member schools, affiliated schools/faculties (hereinafter referred to as units) to implement the following contents:
1. Develop an enrollment plan (training forms) for university level according to the form in Appendix 5 of Regulation 1328 and send the plan to VNU (via the eoffice system), soft copy (word file, pdf) sent via email address:

vtthuy@vnu.edu.vn before May 5, 2024to synthesize and announce the general project of the whole VNU and report to the Ministry of Education and Training according to regulations. Immediately after VNU announces the general project, the units announce their projects on the electronic information page and the Admissions Portal of VNU at the address:
https://tuyensinh.vnu.edu.vn/as prescribed in Regulation 1328.
2. Units shall base on the Plan for implementing regular university admissions in 2024 of VNU issued in the appendix attached to this Official Dispatch, develop a detailed and specific plan for implementing admissions in accordance with the characteristics of the unit to ensure publicity and transparency for the society and management agencies to monitor; ensure fairness for all candidates participating in the admissions and to carry out admissions in accordance with the Admissions Regulations and the issued Plan.

VNU informs the Head of the unit to know and direct relevant departments to properly implement the Regulations and complete the project on time as prescribed.
