1. Time and place of organization
- Time: 9:00 a.m., April 24, 2024 (Wednesday)
- Location: Hall, 8th floor, Building E.
- Participants: Representatives of leaders of training units and graduates; Representatives of leaders of departments, centers, Secretary of the Youth Union, President of the Student Association.
2. The school requires students to attend the Graduation Ceremony:
- Time to be present at the Hall: 8:15
- Wear formal attire, be on time and seriously follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee.
- After the Bachelor's Degree Award Ceremony at the 8th Floor Hall, Building E:
+ Graduates come to the Training Department (Room 103, Building E) to sign for their diploma and graduation transcript. Graduates must bring their Student ID card or Citizen ID card.
+ Excellent graduates come to receive Certificates of Merit at the Office of Politics and Student Affairs (Room 102, Building E).
