The University of Social Sciences and Humanities organizes exams and grants certificates of foreign languages specialized in tourism, according to Official Dispatch No. 610/TCDL-LH dated June 20, 2012 of the General Department of Tourism on authorization to organize foreign language proficiency tests for international tour guides, specifically as follows:

2. Foreign languages:English, French, Russian, German, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Thai, Spanish, Italian, Khmer, Indonesian…
3. Location:Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province.
4. Expected exam time:21/5/2016(Registration deadline: May 12, 2016)
5. Exam registration documents:
a. 01 4x6 photo (write full name and year of birth on the back of the photo)
b. 01 photocopy of ID card
c. 01 photocopy of Birth Certificate
d. Application form (according to attached form)
6. Test form
a. Comprehensive essay (reading, writing, listening skills): 90 minutes.
b. Presentation by topic: 07 - 10 minutes.
7. Exam fee:
+ Exam fee for one language:
- 02 candidates: 3,000,000 VND
- From 03-30 candidates: 2,300,000 VND
- From 31 candidates or more: 2,150,000 VND
Prioritize:
+ Re-examination fee:
- Retake 1 skill: 50% of exam fee.
- Retake 2 skills: 70% of exam fee.
(Conditions for organizing the exam: Number of candidates from 30 people or more.)

Review fee: 1,000,000 VND/course (4 sessions)
