The Department of Archival Studies and Office Management announces the enrollment for the following programs: Document Management - Archiving and Office Management, specifically as follows:
I. Continuous enrollment for the short-term training course "Administrative and Office Management Skills, Document Management and Archiving"
1. Eligibility Criteria
- Officials and employees currently working in the fields of administration, office management, and document management/archiving at state agencies, organizations, and businesses;
- Students from vocational schools, colleges, and universities (especially graduating students who are looking for office jobs in agencies and organizations).
- Other individuals who are interested in and need training and professional development.
2. Instructors:
The course is taught by reputable instructors with many years of teaching experience and expertise in training and developing skills for organizations and businesses, holding Master's degrees or higher.
3. Training program:
Trainees will receive training in basic office administration and document management/archiving skills, be updated on current knowledge and regulations, and have opportunities to practice and share real-world work experiences. Upon completion of the course, trainees will be considered for certification.(This certificate is part of the State's system of diplomas and certificates and is recognized when taking examinations/selections/promotions for civil servants/public employees in state agencies).
4. Registration documents
Course registration form (attached); photocopy of national identity card; photocopy of student card (if any); 2 passport-sized photos (4 x 6 cm, taken within the last 3 months, with full name, date of birth, and place of birth written on the back; these will be used for record keeping and as a certificate upon completion of the course).
