Announcement regarding the submission of B1 and B2 certificates for postgraduate students.

The school announces the following regarding the submission of B1 and B2 certificates for postgraduate students:

- According to Official Letter No. 1593/ĐHQGHN-ĐT regarding "List of institutions issuing foreign language certificates according to the 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam" dated May 24, 2019, which quotes Announcement No. 538/QLCL-QLVBCC dated May 20, 2019, the regulations stipulate that B1 and B2 certificates must conform to the Ministry of Education and Training's template (page 9 in Official Letter 1593) and be administered via computer using the Ministry's foreign language testing software. Therefore, certificates that do not conform to this template will not be accepted (e.g., the B1 certificate from Hanoi University does not use a computer-based testing format and is in portrait A4 format; the B1 certificate from Ho Chi Minh City University of Education uses the old template...).

- We request that all units disseminate this information to the trainees.
