I. PURPOSE AND MEANING
- Celebrating the 75th anniversary of tradition and 25th anniversary of the School's founding
-Happy Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20).
- Contribute to promoting the sports movement, improving the health of school staff and students.
II. TIME AND LOCATION
- Time: From October 26 to November 14, 2020. Award ceremony at 11:00 on November 14, 2020.
- Location: University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
* The football competition and table tennis qualifying round are specifically announced in the competition regulations.
III. SUBJECTS
1. Participants
- Participating athletes must be working officials or full-time students studying at the School.
- No age limit.
2. Registration form
- Each department union registers the list of competitions according to the form required by the Organizing Committee.
- Registration period: From October 19, 2020 to October 22, 2020
- Registration location: Register directly or send an email to the School Union Office:vpcdussh@gmail.com.
IV. COMPETITION REGULATIONS
1. Friendly football
- Participants: Trade Union of Cluster 5 Universities: University of Social Sciences and Humanities + University of Natural Sciences; University of Science and Technology + University of Construction + University of National Economics
- Competition format, schedule and time:
+ Competition time (expected): November 9, 2020.
2. Table tennis
- Each union unit registers as one and according to the form required by the Organizing Committee (maximum 06 athletes/unit participating including staff and students). Unions can register to coordinate with the doubles content.
- Competition content and format:
- Competition content: Singles and Doubles.
- Based on the number of athletes/athlete pairs registered to participate, the Organizing Committee will decide the competition format.
- Competitions will only be held when there are at least 04 athletes/pairs of athletes participating.
- Match time:
- Qualifying round from October 26 to November 14 (From 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily)
- Final: Date (November 14).
- Location: Hall E - University of Social Sciences and Humanities
Competition rules:Current Table Tennis rules apply.
- Qualifying round: 5 seconds competition.
- Final: 7 seconds competition.
- Prize:
The Organizing Committee will award cash prizes to individuals with outstanding achievements, the prize structure is as follows:
- 01 Single First Prize: 1,000,000 VND/prize
- 01 First Prize pair: 1,000,000 VND/prize
- 01 Second Single Prize: 700,000 VND/prize
- 01 double second prize: 700,000 VND/prize
- 02 Third prizes: 300,000 VND/prize
- 02 Third prizes: 300,000 VND/prize
3. Tug of war
- Participants
+ Officials, union members of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, full-time students studying at the school.
+ Each team registers a maximum of 20 athletes (each team nominates 1 athlete as team captain).
+Number of eligible athletes in 01 match: Each team has at least 16 athletes competing including: 08 male athletes and 08 female athletes (of which there must be at least 05 officers or more). Unit unions with less than 20 union members have at least 3 officers or can combine 02 units into 01 team.
-Time and place of competition:
+Match time: 7:30 a.m., November 14, 2020.
+ Competition venue: University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai - Thanh Xuan - Hanoi.
Competition format:
+ Based on the number of registered teams, the Organizing Committee will conduct a draw for the knockout competition. The Organizing Committee will notify the detailed draw schedule to the Team Leaders, and the draw results will be announced immediately after the draw.
+The Organizing Committee will announce the specific format of each round to the team representatives at the draw.
+Each match is played in one round only.
Teams and athletes must provide their own sportswear, shoes, gloves, etc. in their own team style and ensure uniformity and suitability for tug of war competitions.
