The closing ceremony and announcement of the program's quality assessment results were attended by Ms. Ho Dac Hai Mien (Deputy Director of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation under the Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thi Minh Hoa (Vice Rector of the University), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Duc Thuan (Head of the Department of Archival Studies and Office Management), along with representatives from relevant functional units and the entire faculty and staff of the Department of Archival Studies and Office Management.
The official survey took place from January 7th, 2020 to January 9th, 2020. Following the working principles of "Objectivity - Accuracy - Quality and Efficiency," the evaluation team identified strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations for the University of Social Sciences and Humanities to develop solutions for ensuring and improving quality.

Associate Professor Tran Thi Minh Hoa (Vice Rector of the University) expressed her gratitude to the evaluation team for their dedicated work and contributions over the past three days. The University acknowledges the team's recommendations and will develop a plan to improve the quality of the Archival Studies training program.

Ms. Ho Dac Hai Mien, Deputy Director of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation under the Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (supervising the evaluation), emphasized, "The University of Social Sciences and Humanities is a pioneer and has extensive experience in accrediting the quality of educational institutions and training programs. To date, the University has been accredited according to the standards of the Ministry of Education and Training at the institutional and program levels for 4 training programs. We hope that in the future, the Center and the University will continue to implement more collaborative activities in the field of quality accreditation to contribute to improving the quality of education of the University in particular and of the Vietnam National University Hanoi in general."

Associate Professor Tran Thi Minh Hoa and Dr. Truong Chi Hien signed the preliminary minutes of the evaluation.
Associate Professor Dr. Dao Duc Thuan (Head of the Department of Archival Studies and Office Management) acknowledged and accepted the evaluation conclusions of the Evaluation Team; and expressed his sincere gratitude to the Evaluation Team, the University's Board of Directors, functional departments, the University's Center for Educational Quality Assurance, and all faculty members and students of the Department for their efforts in completing the accreditation program. The Department will plan to address the remaining issues and implement activities to improve the quality of the Archival Studies training program.
