The University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the plan for organizing the Graduation Ceremony and awarding Bachelor of Science degrees for the QH-2007-X cohort, academic year 2010-2011.

Meeting point and order for receiving certificates
1.The university will award diplomas to all graduating students of the QH-2007-X cohort (students) at the Graduation Ceremony and Bachelor of Science degree awarding ceremony for the 2010-2011 academic year. To ensure the successful organization of this important event, the leaders of each unit are requested to brief the students under their unit on the following points:
- Final rehearsal for the Graduation Ceremony and awarding of Bachelor of Science degrees, Class of QH-2007-X:
- Time: 7:00 AM, June 25, 2011 (Saturday)
- Location: Auditorium on the 8th floor, Building E and the 4th and 5th floors, Building G.
Attendees: All student volunteers are invited to attend (Only student volunteers who participated in the rehearsal and signed the graduation list will be allowed to attend and receive their diplomas at the official graduation ceremony).
- Graduation ceremony and awarding of Bachelor of Science degrees, Class of QH-2007-X:
- Time: 7:00 AM, June 27, 2011 (Monday)
- Location: Auditorium on the 8th floor, Building E.
Attendees: Representatives from Departments/Divisions, Youth Union Executive Committee, Student Association Executive Committee, Representatives from the Deans/Faculties, Student Affairs and Training Assistants from various units, Academic Advisors for the QH-2007-X cohort, and student volunteers who participated in the dress rehearsal. - Meeting point for student volunteers from all units during the dress rehearsal and the official graduation ceremony and Bachelor of Science degree awarding. - Awarded student volunteers from all units and student volunteers from Literature, Classical Chinese, Sociology, Social Work, Information and Library Science, and Philosophy majors will gather at the Auditorium on the 8th floor, Building E (a specific list and instructions will be provided by the Organizing Committee). - Student volunteers from other majors will gather in lecture halls 407, 408, 501, 502, Building G and Room 701, Building E.

2.Students attending the Graduation Ceremony are required to wear formal attire, arrive on time, and strictly adhere to the instructions of the Organizing Committee. For the success of the Graduation Ceremony and the awarding of Bachelor of Science degrees for the QH-2007-X cohort, unit leaders are requested to assign staff to inform and encourage their students to strictly follow the plan set forth by the University.
