The Faculty of Literature and Public Administration receives the Certificate of Educational Quality Accreditation.

This is the result of a serious work process, with many efforts and endeavors by the Faculty of Archival Studies and Office Management and related parties. The self-assessment report on the accreditation of educational quality at the program level for the Archival Studies major was carried out according to the Ministry of Education and Training's standards, comprising 11 standards with 50 criteria, prepared from March to September 2019. The official survey of the undergraduate standard training program in Archival Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, took place from January 7-9, 2020, by the External Evaluation Team (EE) of Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. Following the survey, the Faculty of Archival Studies and Office Management incorporated the EE's recommendations to supplement and improve the objectives set for the program.

Ngày 27/4/2020, Trung tâm Kiểm định chất lượng giáo dục, ĐHQGTPHCM chính thức ra quyết định cấp Giấy chứng nhận kiểm định chất lượng giáo dục cấp chương trình đào tạo chuẩn trình độ đại học cho ngành Lưu trữ học của Trường ĐHKHXH&NV, ĐHQGHN.

Cho tới nay, Trường ĐHKHXH&NV đã triển khai kiểm định chất lượng 07 CTĐT theo chuẩn AUN, kiểm định chất lượng theo Bộ tiêu chuẩn của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo đối với 04, đánh giá đồng cấp 10 CTĐT.
