In his opening remarks, Professor Nguyen Van Khanh, on behalf of the leadership and all faculty, staff, and students of the University, extended a warm welcome and sincere thanks to the representatives of partner universities and educational institutions. Over the past decades, the University has received enthusiastic and effective support from universities and international organizations from various countries and continents, including significant support from the 17 universities and educational institutions present at the reception. Professor Nguyen Van Khanh expressed his hope to continue receiving support and cooperation from partner institutions in research and training activities in the future.
