On May 28, 2013, the School's Trade Union Executive Committee organized a Children's Day gift-giving program and commended the academic achievements of the children of staff and faculty members. This aimed to encourage the children of the school's staff and faculty to strive harder and be more proactive in their studies and moral development. This activity demonstrated the deep concern of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, and the School's Trade Union Executive Committee for the children of the school's staff and faculty, and also provided an opportunity for the children to meet, interact, play, and learn from each other.
In the 2012-2013 school year, 169 children of school staff and faculty members achieved the title of Excellent Student at various levels. Among them, 4 children were both all-around excellent students and winners of the District-level Excellent Student competition; 5 children were both all-around excellent students and winners of the City-level Excellent Student competition. Some of the students who won high awards in the 2012-2013 school year's excellent student competitions include: Phan Biếc Ly – First Prize in English at the City level, Bùi Đức Việt – Second Prize in Physics at the City level, Phạm Đoàn Phương – Second Prize in History at the City level, Nguyễn Anh Thư – Third Prize in English at the City level, Dương Tất Thành – Third Prize in History at the City level, Nguyễn Như Hoàng Anh – Third Prize in English at the District level, Hồ Mạnh Tường – Third Prize in Mathematics at the District level…
