Official letter regarding the publication of works in English and proposals for awarding prizes for internationally published works in the 2012-2013 academic year.
In line with the policy of promoting international publications and to encourage faculty, lecturers, and researchers, the University requests the following from the following units:
1. Continue to propose scientific works for the University to select and publish in English.with an average quota of 1 article per staff member and 1 monograph per unit.
The application for publication includes:
- A compilation document from the department clearly stating the published address or source of the proposed publication.
- One hard copy of the full text of the work (magazine/proceedings/book cover, table of contents, full text for published works)
- Project file
2. Propose international publications by staff members from your unit during the 2012-2013 academic year for the University to consider for awards and commendations.According to the Regulations on awarding prizes for internationally published scientific works, issued under Official Letter No. 1762/XHNV-KH dated September 30, 2010.
The dossiers for projects recommended for awards include the award recommendation letter from the unit and the full text of the published project.
All proposed works for publication in English and international publications recommended for university awards must be submitted to the Research Management Department before June 10, 2013.
