Procedures for borrowing student records– Step 1: Students apply to borrow documents (
have sample)
– Step 2: Students request approval from the Faculty Board
– Step 3: Students submit their application at the Student Affairs and Training Department, wait for approval, meet the officer in charge of the application, and complete the application borrowing procedure.

Procedure for withdrawing application+
For graduates:– Step 1: Students bring the original university degree or notarized photocopy, ID card when coming to do the procedure.
– Step 2: Students meet with the officer in charge to present documents and receive the Payment Slip.
– Step 3: Students complete the payment form and request signatures from the Faculty, Faculty Resources Department, Library, and Planning and Finance Department.
– Step 4: Students meet with the officer in charge to receive their documents back at the Student Affairs and Recruitment Department.
(In case of requesting someone to withdraw the application on behalf of someone else, there must be a power of attorney certified by the agency or local authority. The person withdrawing the application on behalf of someone else must have an identity card.)
+ For students who decide to drop out of school:– Step 1: Students write a Decision to leave school with the officer in charge of the file.
– Step 2: Students complete the payment form and request signatures from the Faculty, Faculty Resources Department, Library, and Planning and Finance Department.
– Step 3: Students meet with the officer in charge to receive their documents back at the Student Affairs and Recruitment Department.
(Note: Students must return their Student Card and Student Application Receipt)

Request for confirmation papers (Student confirmation; certificate of children of war invalids and sick soldiers; dormitory registration papers; monthly bus ticket application form...)– Step 1: Students prepare the form and fill in all information
– Step 2: Students come directly to the Student Affairs Department to get confirmation and stamp at the Administration and General Department.

Request a confirmation letter to apply for a policy bank loan– Step 1: Students apply for a loan from a policy bank (
have sample) for Class President
– Step 2: The class monitor makes a list and compiles loan applications from the class and submits them to the Student Affairs Office.
– Step 3: Student Affairs Department receives and signs confirmation for students. Class monitor receives and returns to students.
5.
Procedures for applying to go abroad– Step 1: Students present the invitation letter to the officer in charge at the Student Affairs Department
– Step 2: Students fill in all information in the Application form for going abroad (with form, provided) and ask for confirmation from the Faculty Board, Cooperation and Development Department.
– Step 3: Students submit the Application and Invitation Letter to the officer in charge and wait for the decision according to the appointment schedule.
6.
Apply for Student Certificate in English– Step 1: Students submit an application stating the reason for requesting a Student Certificate in English and request confirmation from the Faculty Board.
– Step 2: Students bring the application to the Political Affairs and Student Affairs Department for approval and meet with the officer in charge to receive the certificate.
7.
Procedures for requesting re-issuance/renewal of Student Card.– Step 1: Students who have lost their card and need to reissue it or whose card has expired and needs to be renewed must bring their Student Admission Certificate (in case of loss of this certificate, submit an application for reissuance or renewal of the card) to the Political and Student Affairs Office to meet the officer in charge to register. Upon completion of the card re-registration, students will be issued an Appointment Certificate or Temporary Student Certificate.
– Step 2: Within 15 days, students monitor their student email. When notified, students bring their Appointment Letter or Temporary Student Certificate to the Office of Politics and Student Affairs to receive a new card.
